These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

(hereinafter “the Customer”).
Placing an order on the website means you accept these terms in full and without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the electroaustralia.com website at the time the Customer views it.
Every product comes with a detailed description setting out its main features, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Photographs and other visuals of the products are for illustration only and do not form part of the contract.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD $), inclusive of GST.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Electro Australia may change its prices at any time. Products are always invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms before placing their order.
Confirming an order means accepting the prices, descriptions and conditions applying to the products.
The Seller may cancel or decline any order where there is an existing dispute with the Customer or where these terms have not been complied with.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.
Payments can be made by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or using the other secure payment methods offered on the website.
All transactions are protected by secure payment systems and SSL encryption.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination.
If a dispatch is delayed, the Customer will be notified by email.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Change of mind returns
As a commercial goodwill policy, the Customer has 30 days from delivery to return a product they have simply changed their mind about, with no need to give a reason.
To arrange a change of mind return, the Customer should contact the Seller at:

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
Return postage is paid by the Customer, unless the Seller made a mistake or the product is faulty.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, the Customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the Seller will let the Customer know whether the refund has been approved.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the returned product being received.
The original delivery charge is not refunded, except where we made a mistake or the product is faulty.
9. Consumer guarantees and warranty
All products sold by Electro Australia come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty or does not match its description, the Customer may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
10. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper or incorrect use of the products purchased.
Nor can the Seller be held liable for damage arising from the use of the internet, such as service interruptions, viruses or unauthorised access.
11. Privacy
The personal information collected during checkout is needed to manage the commercial relationship.
It is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Intellectual property
All content on the electroaustralia.com website (text, images, logos, design and so on) is the exclusive property of Electro Australia.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
In the event of a dispute, and where no amicable agreement can be reached, the courts of the state or territory in which the consumer resides will have jurisdiction.
